    One of the documents that I did for class was from the same court decision, but from a Justice that disagreed with the majority opinion. I find Marshall’s closing point especially interesting because Johnson (the justice I looked at) didnt mention as much about the ability of a nation to confront a group of people attempting to make some change to their rights. So I wondr if they would agree that, at least in that regard, the court was not the place to address that issue.
